We’re building a culture of success and are looking for motivated professionals to join us!**THE OPPORTUNITY**Are you a career-driven student looking to take your first step into the world of Human Resources?

Xactly is seeking a full-time Human Resource Intern to support our Recruiting/Human Resources team this summer 2021.As the HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to partner with both the Recruiters and the HR team to build a valuable Human Resources foundation and skillset.

You will begin your internship by shadowing the Recruitment function, learning the ins-and-outs of recruiting across all functions of a “Best Place to Work” organization.

Once acclimated, your day will consist of shadowing recruiters, running/analyzing recruitment metrics, sourcing and screening diversity candidates, assisting with interview scheduling, conducting reference checks, and assisting with recruitment marketing and operations.

In addition to recruiting, you will also have an opportunity to gain exposure to other facets of HR, including diversity initiatives, new hire onboarding/new hire orientation, learning and development, employment and diversity branding, and much more.

Your summer internship will culminate in a final project during which you will have the opportunity to present to Xactly’s executive staff.

– You are working towards a bachelor’s degree
– You have a desire to pursue a career in HR/Recruiting post-graduation

– Develop a working relationship with Xactly’s HR department
– Complete a 1:1 with each member of the HR team and have a strong understanding of how Xactly’s HR department operates
– Gain exposure and contribute to HR areas including recruitment, employee orientation, learning & development and more!
– Receive administrative training on how to leverage internal tools including WayUp, Box, Hirebridge, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter
– Learn about the full recruitment lifecycle including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding
– Gain exposure and contribute to our ongoing diversity initiatives
– Gain a strong understanding of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) space and the business challenges Xactly solves
– Gain a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of an Xactly employee, from Recruitment through exit**BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP, YOU’LL**
– Have a strong understanding of how Xactly’s HR/Recruiting department functions
– Have the ability to source and screen quality candidates
– Have a deep understanding of how our HR/Recruitment systems work
