For more information, visit accolade.comJOB DESCRIPTIONROLE OVERVIEW…THE SERVICE EXCELLENCE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INTERN, reporting to the Service Excellence Manager, is responsible for supporting the deployment of various projects within the Frontline Care Team.

In partnership with Operations Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams, this person will help analyze data and identify root causes to drive the execution relevant process improvements within Operations while ensuring alignment with stakeholders across the organization.

The Service Excellence Process improvement Intern will be a critical team member in driving implementation of improvements focused on assisting the Frontline Care Team meeting/exceeding performance guarantees and key performance indicators.A DAY IN THE LIFE…
– Be a part of a team driving improvements and change
– Be a critical eye when analyzing data to identify root causes of issues and/or identify areas for improvement
– Communicate with key stakeholders and team members the findings of the analysis
– Be creative in bringing ideas to test and implement to resolve root causes or bring innovation and efficiencies.

– Bring an ability to simplify complex issues to workable functional requirements
