SummaryTHIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number D1256000 and is part of the ND G4, National Guard.ResponsibilitiesAs a Management Analyst, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on and/or improving maintenance management operations and procedures.

MAJOR DUTIES (This is NOT an all-inclusive list): Analyzes maintenance capabilities, production effectiveness, equipment reliability,areas of deficiency, and trends of various small maintenance shops.

Reviews, extracts, analyzes, and collates maintenance data and prepares maintenance summaries from reports submitted by subordinate maintenance activities.

Advises when manpower authorization appears unbalanced, based on analytical and statistical studies, as directed.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsPCS STATEMENT: PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION COSTS WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS POSITION.

Military Grades: Warrant Officer ( CW3
– WO1) and Enlisted QUALITY OF EXPERIENCELength of time is not of itself qualifying.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management.

Experience using computer and automation systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques.

Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.

You must also possess the experience, training or education to support your claim for the competency statements listed within the assessment questionnaire.
