– we’re just getting started.**Summary:** Facebook Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented Account General Manager (AGM) focused on Facebook consumer hardware at a strategic national mass retail partner.

Reporting to the Head of NA Retail Sales, this role will lead all Account related sales activity for this strategic account across multiple product lines.

This is a leadership role managing direct sales managers.

The candidate will possess leadership and analytical skills as well as have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally with all levels of management.

The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize the opportunity at the retail partner.**Required Skills:** 1.

Direct and manage FRL business activities with top tier retail partners, implementing effective strategy and programs to meet organization goals2.

Lead, recruit, develop and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to support sales activities across product lines (Oculus & Portal) and meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Candidate will also lead direction for cross functional account team members (dotted line)3.

Develop and maintain executive account relationships leading Top-to-Top planning discussions4.

Create and present account strategy to executives and internal/external stakeholders to align resources and achieve mutual goals5.

Negotiate and present account programs/contracts, gaining internal alignment and approvals with cross functional partners (finance, legal, operations, etc.)6.

Build and grow relationships with cross functional leaders (Channel Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Analytics, Category) to drive account goals7.

Lead & execute JBP process, QBRs and launch planning activities to meet sales objectives within agreed upon budgets and KPIs8.

Manage account scorecard, allocate budget, identify opportunities for optimization and growth**Minimum Qualifications:** 9.

10+ years in a senior sales role with a clear record of quota achievement and success in technology based consumer sales10.

3+ years of consumer sales leadership and people management experience11.

Experience and clear understanding of the North American retail landscape12.

Track record in both business planning and tactical execution, with a clear understanding of the various tools available to drive retail sales13.

Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels14.

Proven communication and presentation skills with a proven business acumen experience15.

Knowledge in advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies16.
