Digital CSA Manager

You will help our managed customers (SMC-Corporate) across industries, company sizes and territories to identify their needs and opportunities.

One of the fastest growing customer segments in the technology industry, you will help customers get to the cloud across Microsoft solution areas primarily focused on Data and AI and assisting in Applications and Infrastructure.

The SMC-Corporate team has different roles that work together in an orchestrated manner and are located in our Digital Sales centers and local subsidiaries.   Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and services.

To this end, Microsoft has invested in Digital Cloud Solution Architects that will help the largest and most important companies in the world across all industries successfully adopt Microsoft Cloud solution and services.

We are looking for a talented individual to lead a team of deeply technical Data Platform & Advanced Analytics/Artificial Intelligence to drive growth of Azure Services for a set of managed accounts across different industries.ResponsibilitiesThis CSA Manager role will directly manage a team of full-time employees CSAs that will cover managed customers in their respective territory.

This is an exciting role that will help fuel Azure Customer success through customer retention and growth.  Hire, on-board, develop, coach, mentor and evaluate CSA.

Build a high performing team that will be diverse and inclusive Must possess exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication.

Partner with all required Microsoft stakeholders in the subsidiary to drive CSA role clarity, account coverage, project assignment and effective cross-team collaboration Coach and enable your team to accelerate Azure projects to production, including guidance on architectural design, technical recommendations, blocker escalations and technical resource orchestration Ensure your team delivers high quality production deployments that are resilient and successful Drive operational excellence, including timely consumption opportunity management and high-quality reporting and insights Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for Azure Consumed Revenue, as well as operational metrics QualificationsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of related experience in technical sales leadership roles and coaching architecture and solutionsales.  Preferred Qualfications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate Certified or prepared to attain certification within 3 months.    Strong experience leading and executing on Technology Visions.   Ability to drive and influence Stakeholder across organizational boundaries through extremely strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, envisioning, writing, and verbal communication skills required.  Demonstrated ability to build a healthy pipeline of great technical sales talents required.   Proven experience developing a high-performance team through continuous coaching, and inspiration.   Able to inspire your team and to build and maintain a high organizational health and satisfaction score   Management and Sales excellence.

Solid track record of managing business operations and processes.  Experience leveraging partners and other technical resources to succeed at scale.   Ability to identify new technical and business trends and needs, and serves as the customer’s voice into Microsoft  Experience inspiring others through technical leadership, personal influence, and status as a role model based on consultative selling  Proven track record in prioritization and orchestration of resources in and for complex customer digital transformation engagements  Understanding of cloud platforms. Requires the ability to engage with customers technical leadership as trusted advisors. Requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft’s Azure Apps & Infra and/or Data & AI related cloud solutions and have firm understanding of Microsoft’s strategies and products relative to major competitors    Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
